Just a few things:

•  I am nowhere near fluent in Japanese, 
• Sometimes I didn't know which word(s) to use if there were multiple meanings, so I used a slash /
• I used parenthesis ( ) to help expalin a sentence better, brackets [ ] for original Japanese, and my personal comments are in { }.  
•  I am terrible at translating the sound-effects, and usually I insert them in Japanese just to indicate it is supposed to be there.

Lastly, if anyone who reads this speaks Japanese and has any suggestions on how to improve it, or if I translated something wrong, please let me know!
